To begin any project, a 30% non-refundable deposit is required. The remaining 70% balance is due when the project or services are completed. Payments must be made via PayPal, Bank Transfer, or CashApp. Prices are subject to change without notice.

Refund Policy:

We offer a money-back guarantee if the following conditions are met, we will offer a full refund within 30 days of final project delivery:

• The project fails to meet the agreed-upon deliverables.
• A refund request is submitted with detailed feedback on the issues.
• The project has not been modified by the client after delivery.
• The request is made within 30 days of final delivery.

Refunds will not be issued for delays caused by the client’s late feedback, missing content, or changes beyond the original agreement scope.

Service Delivery:

The time required to finish a project will depend on its complexity. While we strive to meet deadlines, delays may happen for various reasons. We will always inform you about any changes to the project timeline and work together to find solutions.

Intellectual Property Rights:

After full payment, all rights to the final product, including websites, designs, and content, will be transferred to you. However, we retain the right to showcase the completed work in our portfolio unless you specifically request that we do not.

Client Responsibilities:

Clients must provide necessary materials and content on time to avoid delays. If clients do not provide needed information or instructions promptly, it could slow down the project. We encourage clients to remain actively involved and communicate efficiently to ensure timely completion.

Third-Party Services:

Some of our services may involve third-party software or tools, such as web hosting or plugins. We are not responsible for any issues that arise from the use of third-party products. Clients are encouraged to review and agree to any third-party terms before using these services.

Changes to Terms:

Innovation BPO reserves the right to modify or update these terms at any time. When changes are made, they will be posted on this page, and the updated version will take effect immediately. It is your responsibility to check these terms periodically for any updates.

Limitation of Liability:
